Prices include VAT, as well as the consumption of electricity, water, and gas, air conditioning, final cleaning (excluding the kitchenette), parking, bed linen, and one bath towel per person with a weekly change. Please bring with you only extra bathroom and kitchen linens.

A tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night is applicable to guests over 13 years old and is not included in the price.

In the interest of greater respect for the environment and everyone's health, starting from the 2025 season, smoking will no longer be allowed at the Residence Florida in the pool area, on the beach, and in the playground.

Pool - SMOKE FREE
Our freshwater pool (14 x 6.40 meters, uniform depth of 1.50 meters) features an integrated children's pool (depth: 50 cm). Sunbeds by the pool are available for your complimentary use.

Beach - SMOKE FREE
Right in front of the residence, just beyond the pool, lies our charming private beach. Each apartment is assigned a reserved beach spot for the duration of your stay, including a parasol and two sunbeds ensuring relaxation and comfort at all times.

For children
Your children's safety and enjoyment are our TOP PRIORITIES!

In the main pool, younger guests will find a dedicated area, completely separate, with a depth of 50 cm, where they can play and have fun. Additionally, beside the pool, there is a colorful play area that will enhance their days.

• Cots for children for apartments are also available (€5,00 per day), as well as high chairs (€2 per day) and bed rails (€2 per day), which can be requested at the time of booking.

Pets
Your furry friends are welcome!

• Please inform us of their presence at the time of booking. The cost for pets is €8,00 per day.

For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the pool area or on the beach. and due to municipal regulations, they are not allowed to stay on the beach, on the loungers or under the umbrella." However, pets are allowed to walk along the shore, and just 300 meters from us, two beach resorts offer dedicated equipped areas, allowing both you and your dog to enjoy the sea in safety and freedom.

Parking
Upon your arrival at Residence Florida, you will find a private parking area exclusively for our guests. New-generation shade covers provide optimal protection for your car.

Internet
For everyone’s convenience, Residence Florida offers free Wi-Fi coverage that extends to the apartments and outdoor areas. 

Washing machines
On the ground floor, next to the reception, you will find a convenient room equipped with two washing machines available for complimentary use.

Elevator
Our fast elevator accommodates 8 people and provides access from the ground floor to the seventh floor.

Security deposit
Upon arrival, a cash deposit of €150.00 is required, which will be refunded at check-out after a brief inspection of the flat.
